A limited number of rooms are available for conference attendees at a special rate of $159/night for stays between November 3 and November 8.
Please note that reservations must be made by October
17 October 14 to get the conference rate.

Airport Transportation
Directions from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW): Take the North Exit from DFW airport. After paying toll then exiting the airport, take ramp on right to TX-114 East to Dallas. TX-114 East changes to TX-183 East. After 12 miles, bear right onto I-35E. At exit 420C, take the ramp on the right for North Stemmons Freeway toward Wycliff Avenue. Turn left onto Wycliff Avenue and you will be at the Renaissance. The total distance is about 17 miles.
Taxis to the hotel from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport are available for approximately $40 one-way. A shuttle is available for approximately $19 one way.

Directions from Dallas Love Field (DAL): Take Cedar Springs Rd. to exit the airport. After about one mile, turn right onto West Mockingbird Lane -- this is approached via a ramp. After about two miles, turn right to merge onto Harry Hines Blvd. -- this is a clover-leaf ramp. After about two miles, bear right onto Market Center Blvd. Follow Market Center for about 1/4 mile then turn right onto N. Stemmons Freeway. The Renaissance is on the right after an additional 1/4 mile. The total distance is about 4.5 miles.
Taxis to the hotel from Dallas Love Field are available for approximately $21 one-way. A shuttle is available for approximately $19 one way.

Tuesday Dinner Shutle
On Tuesday night, there will be an UNT sponsored shuttle bus running between Renaissance and Trinity Groves - a 15-acre restaurant, retail, artist and entertainment destination located at the base of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in West Dallas. There will be a shuttle approximately every 15 minutes. The first shuttle starts at 6:00pm and last shuttle arrives Renaissance at 11:00pm. Look for the following sign on the shuttle:
