Camera-Ready Version Instructions
These instructions cover full research papers, industry papers, poster papers, demonstration papers and GIS cup papers.
Attention: Sept 15, 2014 is a firm deadline for all camera-ready copies! Submissions of camera-ready copies must be done through EasyChair.
Page limits:
- Full research and industry papers: 10 pages
- Poster papers: 4 pages
- Demonstration papers: 4 pages
- GIS Cup papers: 4 pages

Consider comments by the reviewers

Copyright block: ACM will send you an email with information about how to fill and submit a copyright release form

Fill and submit the copyright form

Include the ACM copyright block (which you will receive from ACM in response of the submitted copyright release form) on the first page of your camera-ready paper

Ensure adherence to ACM format requirements. Use one of the templates available at: http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates

Pay attention to categories, general terms, and keywords. See: http://www.acm.org/about/class/1998

Check that paper adheres to page limits (see above)

Check paper format: PDF format, US-Letter size (8.5x11 inches)

No page numbers (they will be added automatically)

Submit camera-ready paper no later than Sept 15, 2014 using your EasyChair account

At least one author must register for the conference. This author must register before Sept 15, 2014
Please follow the instructions carefully. Wrong paper size and incorrect copyright blocks are the most common errors.
